  • We do not accept returns for custom printed items.
  • For unprinted items, you have 7 days from receipt to notify us of your concern and apply for a refund.

2. Refunds and Refund Process

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at BounceHouseKeychain@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you with the process.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Refund Exceptions
