Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom Orders: For orders requiring customization, such as logo printing, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for production.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout, estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to USA, Canada, and Europe.
  • Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Delays

Shipping delays can occur due to factors outside of our control, such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s), and we will assist you with a replacement.
